They are a mostly stable internet provider. Speeds are very good. I do occasionally experience outages, but they aren't frequent enough to impact me switching companies.

Upload speeds are garbage, and we regularly have outages during storms. Price transparency doesn't exist - all plan changes are required to be done through a phone call. It's impossible to see your current plan details.
