They were great but failed to to fix my auto pay and declined to go by the payment agreement they set up. And finally tried to hit me with a $400. 00 past due bill and disconnected my service with no warning after setting up a payment plan for me. Did not follow what had been preplanned. We count on that wifi.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN INTERNET COMPANY! WENT WITHOUT INTERNET FOR OVER A MONTH, ALL OF MY SCHEDULED DAYS TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN COME FIX THE INTERNET WAS CANCELLED ON THEIR END AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO NOTIFY ME. I CALLED OUT OF WORK AND SAT AROUND FROM 8AM TO 5PM AND SPENT 4HRS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM ONLY TO BE BOUNCED AROUND TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND AGENTS AND STILL ENDED UP HUNG UP ON BY THE AGENTS.
