GOOD STAFF LOUSY CORP STRUCTURE. i FEEL THAT THE CSR'S ARE MADE TO TAKE ABUSE BECAUSE THE ARE NOT PROPERLY SUPPORTED BY MANAGEMENT. I WOULD CHANGE TO ANOTHER CABLE COMPANY IF I COULD BUT THEY HAVE A MONOPOLY AND THEREFORE I AM SO OUT OF LUCK
